“The public gave us a huge vote of confidence last year, so now we are stepping things up with a new 500sqm ice rink and 400m trail that will be themed by one of Ireland’s best event décor companies”

You can book a day out at the trail by clicking here.

Exiting Extras

The 12 pubs: This is less of an event and more of a Cork tradition, every year there are work groups and friend groups that set out on a mission in Cork City to complete 12 pubs in one night. We wear Christmas jumpers and set fun games and rules for each pub. We usually pick one street to stick to for the night to incrweae our chances of makig it to all 12, but we rarely ever do!

The Christmas Panto

Last but not least, we have a more family friendly option here which is the Christmas Panto. Each year we have large scale productions of classics in both the Cork Opera House, and the Everyman Theatre that are perfect for a Christmas themed family night out. This year we have Sleeping Beauty playing in the opera house which you can book here, and Cinderella playing in the everyman which you can book here.

If you don’t have time to head out to this years Christmas events, but you still want to see Santa, you can find him in Fota House, Leahy’s Farm, Cork North Pole Outpost Experience in Cobh, and Patrick Street in Cork City.

If you do have a picture worth experience Chirstmas this year in the city, make sure and take a picture and tag us at #corkenglishcollege or @corkenglishcollege so we can reshare 😊
